QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Must have experience performing Avionics functions on Bell, Airbus or Leonardo helicopters.
Airbus, Bell or Leonardo MRO training certificates preferred.
Knowledge of equipment and tools, including their uses, repair, and maintenance.
Good understanding of theory of avionics and electrical system operation and sound capability of reasoning and deduction.
Knowledge of using technical data to support the installation process, such as wiring diagrams, technical manuals, Supplemental Type Certificate documentation,
Repair Station Manual, and Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Communicates well, both verbally and in writing.
• Works effectively with limited supervision.
• Flexible and able to easily adjust to change.
• Results and detail oriented.
• Excellent work ethic that demonstrates dedication, concern for safety, and integrity.
MUST BE A LEGAL RESIDENCE OF THE UNITED STATES
Must be willing to travel as the need arises.
Must be willing to work 2nd shift as the need arises.
Credentials/Licenses:
• Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License- preferred, not required
WORKING CONDITIONS AND MENTAL/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Working Conditions:
• Required to work frequently near moving mechanical parts.
• Required to work in outside weather conditions.
• Exposed to loud noise levels.
• May be required to work after hours and on weekends as needed.
Physical Demands:
• Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
• Able to use arms, hands and legs to accomplish tasks.
• Able to sit, stand and squat for extended periods of time.
• Able to climb with balance on and off aircraft.
Mental Requirements:
• Problem-solving and critical thinking.
