Our team is looking for a Program Analyst to join the team and to become part of a dynamic aerospace company. 

Reporting to the Manager of Operational Excellence (OpEx), the Data & Analytics Analyst translates operational and inventory data into actionable insights that drive execution, working capital performance, and delivery reliability. This role supports decision-making across supply chains, operations, and finance.

Ontic has a long history in the Aerospace and Defense spanetplace, producing high quality products used in both legacy and modern applications.

As a Program Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Analyze inventory portfolio (active, E&O, WIP)
• Develop, own, and manage dashboards for inventory health, shortages, backlog readiness, “clear to build”, site and operational level KPIs
• Ensure ERP (Infor Visual) data alignment
• Support cross-functional teams with data-driven insights
• Identify inefficiencies in data and reporting processes

Impact Expectations (First 90–180 Days)

• Stand up standardized inventory dashboard
• Identify top inventory reduction opportunities
• Improve shortage visibility tied to revenue
• Reduce manual reporting
• Improve data alignment across functions

To be considered for the Program Analyst, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 4–7 years’ experience in Aerospace analytics, project management, or supply chain
• Advanced Excel; Power BI, Python, and SQL experience
• Windchill experience preferred but not a requirement
• ERP experience
